IU Intergalactic Parcel Dispatch Agreement (IPDA) – Regulation 442-B, Revision 12.7.9
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
By engaging the Intergalactic Government Postal Service™ (hereafter referred to as “IGPS”), the Sender hereby acknowledges and consents to the full compliance terms listed below, including those provided under Galactic Transit Law (GTL) §44.9, Subsection Theta. The Sender waives any planetary sovereignty in matters of delivery integrity, dimensional drift, or temporal misalignment.
- Accepted Contents: Items must be free of contraband, quantum anomalies, forbidden literature, emotional residue, ancestral curses, or any material capable of sentient thought. Organic payloads are to be declared using Form 88-R (and notarized by a certified EtherNotary).
- Dimensional Drift Clause: IGPS is not responsible for delays caused by wormhole contraction, solar tantrums, space whale interference, or unlicensed temporal slippage. Estimated delivery windows may vary across realities.
- Packaging Standards: All items must be contained within Galactic Standard Parcel Unit (GSPU) Class 3 or higher. Binding using astral tape or psychic string is permitted only in regulated colonies (see Appendix L-42).
- Transmission Acknowledgement: Upon dispatch, the sender consents to potential interception, duplication, or respectful misplacement by authorized planetary authorities. Holographic scanning and memory-fogging may be applied for security purposes.
